wardrobe+ Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-21

This Privacy Policy applies to wardrobe+ and explains how ATOMFLOW processes information when you use the wardrobe+ mobile app, related support channels, and pages or services that link to this policy.

wardrobe+ is a local-first app. Wardrobe records, photos, outfits, plans, notes, and preferences are stored on your device unless you deliberately export or share them using a device or third-party service.

1. Information processed by wardrobe+

Depending on how you use wardrobe+, the following categories of information may be processed:

  • Local wardrobe content, including clothing and outfit photos, item metadata, categories, colors, brands, sizes, purchase details you choose to save, notes, tags, wish-list items, outfits, plans, and preferences. This content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to ATOMFLOW servers.
  • Subscription and purchase information, including product identifiers, purchase and renewal status, entitlement status, expiration status, transaction metadata, and restore results provided by Apple and processed through RevenueCat. ATOMFLOW does not receive your full payment card number.
  • Crash and diagnostic information, including stack traces, app version, device model, operating-system version, technical logs, and app state associated with crashes or errors, when Firebase Crashlytics is available.
  • ML Kit technical information, including app and device information, per-installation identifiers, feature events, configuration details, performance metrics, and error codes used by Google for diagnostics and usage analytics. Images processed by ML Kit and the resulting image outputs remain on-device and are not sent to Google.
  • Support information, including the contents of emails, screenshots, device details, subscription support identifiers, or other information you voluntarily send when requesting help.

2. How information is used

Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide local wardrobe, outfit, planning, image-processing, import, export, and preference features;
  • validate purchases, determine subscription entitlement, restore eligible purchases, and provide subscription support;
  • diagnose crashes, errors, and performance issues and improve app stability;
  • operate on-device image segmentation and related image tools;
  • respond to support requests; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect the app, users, and ATOMFLOW.

3. Third-party services

wardrobe+ uses the following third-party services:

  • Apple App Store for billing, purchase history, subscription renewal, cancellation, and restoration;
  • RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, purchase-status processing, customer history, and subscription analytics;
  • Firebase Core and Firebase Crashlytics for best-effort crash diagnostics. Firebase is not required for local app functionality, and Crashlytics may be unavailable on some networks;
  • Google ML Kit for on-device image segmentation. Input images and outputs remain on-device, while limited technical metrics may be sent to Google for diagnostics and usage analytics; and
  • device or platform services you deliberately invoke, such as the camera, photo library, files, share sheet, email client, or browser.

wardrobe+ does not use advertising SDKs, serve ads, or engage in cross-app tracking.

4. Device permissions and local processing

wardrobe+ may request access to:

  • Camera and Photos so you can add or edit wardrobe images;
  • Files or Storage so you can import or export content; and
  • Notifications if you enable reminders.

Granting permission does not by itself mean ATOMFLOW collects the accessed content. Wardrobe content and images remain on-device unless you intentionally export or share them.

5. Subscriptions and restoration

Paid features are offered through Apple in-app purchase. Pricing, billing frequency, trial terms, renewal terms, and other purchase conditions are shown by Apple before purchase.

Subscription access is associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Eligible purchases can be restored when the App Store is signed in with an Apple Account that has an active wardrobe+ subscription. Restoration applies to paid access only and does not restore locally stored wardrobe content.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, credits, and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local wardrobe content remains on your device until you delete it, clear local data, uninstall the app, or erase the device. ATOMFLOW generally cannot recover local content after it is deleted or lost.

RevenueCat, Apple, Firebase, Google, and support providers may retain information according to their own retention policies and legal obligations. Crash reports and technical metrics may be retained for diagnostic and service-improvement purposes.

Deleting local wardrobe data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple.

7. Your choices

You can:

  • deny or revoke camera, photo, file, or notification permissions through device settings;
  • delete local wardrobe content within the app or by removing the app;
  • manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple;
  • use Restore Purchases to recover eligible subscription access; and
  • contact privacy@atomflowstudio.com regarding privacy questions or requests involving information held by ATOMFLOW.

8. International processing, children, and security

Third-party providers may process technical or purchase information in countries other than where you live. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security or availability.

wardrobe+ is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by local law.

Use of wardrobe+ is also subject to the wardrobe+ Terms of Use, which links to Apple’s Standard EULA.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, third-party services, or legal requirements change. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or other reasonable means.
