wardrobe+ Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-18

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to wardrobe+ and explains how ATOMFLOW processes information when you use the wardrobe+ mobile app, related support flows, and any related pages or services that link to this policy.

This policy is intended to describe the current wardrobe+ configuration. wardrobe+ currently uses Firebase, RevenueCat, AdMob, and the relevant app-store platform for in-app purchases. If wardrobe+ later adds materially different data practices, SDKs, permissions, advertising, or sharing features, we will update this policy and any required store or in-app disclosures.

1. Information wardrobe+ currently collects

Depending on how you use wardrobe+, we currently collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Account and profile information, such as your sign-in identifier, email address, display name, and account state, if you create or use an account.
  • Wardrobe and outfit content, such as clothing photos, outfit photos, item metadata, categories, colors, brands, size information, purchase details you choose to save, notes, tags, wish list items, and other content you add to the app.
  • Subscription and purchase information, such as subscription status, entitlement status, product identifiers, transaction metadata, renewal or expiration state, and restore status received from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. For in-app purchases handled through Apple App Store or Google Play, we do not receive your full payment card number.
  • Device, diagnostic, and usage information, such as app version, device model, operating system, permitted identifiers, crash data, performance data, app events, and approximate region information derived from technical signals such as IP address.
  • Advertising and measurement information, such as ad requests, ad impressions, ad interactions, monetization-related measurement data, and identifiers or signals made available by the platform, SDK configuration, your device settings, and applicable law.
  • Support and communication information, such as the contents of support messages, your email address, and any screenshots or reference details you choose to send us.

2. How wardrobe+ uses information

We use this information to operate, secure, and improve wardrobe+, including to:

  • create or manage accounts and support guest or signed-in use where available;
  • store, organize, sync, and display your wardrobe items, outfit content, notes, and preferences;
  • support product features such as outfit organization, filtering, saved looks, reminders, and app personalization;
  • confirm subscription status, restore entitlements, and support purchase-related troubleshooting;
  • serve, limit, personalize where applicable, measure, and troubleshoot advertising and monetization functions;
  • analyze app stability, diagnose bugs, monitor performance, and improve product quality;
  • respond to support requests and communicate about service or policy updates;
  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, unauthorized access, and security issues; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

3. How information is shared

We do not currently provide public in-app social sharing features in wardrobe+.

We currently share or make information available only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Firebase, which supports one or more of analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, authentication, backend support, and storage depending on the feature used;
  • RevenueCat, which supports subscription management, entitlement handling, and purchase-status related processing;
  • AdMob, which supports advertising, ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and related monetization functions;
  • Apple App Store and Google Play, which handle in-app purchase billing, purchase records, renewals, cancellations, and related platform-side processes;
  • service providers that support infrastructure, storage, communications, security, or support workflows; and
  • regulators, courts, law enforcement, advisers, or transaction counterparties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.

4. Currently active services vs. future or optional services

Currently active configuration: wardrobe+ currently uses Firebase, RevenueCat, AdMob, and the relevant app-store platform for in-app purchases.

Advertising note: Advertising in wardrobe+ may be contextual or personalized depending on the platform, region, consent state, device settings, and applicable law.

Future or optional items: Public community features, public in-app social sharing, calendar-based features, and location-based features are not part of the current default wardrobe+ configuration unless and until we later enable them and update the relevant disclosures.

5. Device permissions

Depending on the feature you choose to use, wardrobe+ may request access to device capabilities such as:

  • Camera / Photos, so you can add clothing or outfit images;
  • Files / Storage, where supported, so you can import or export relevant content; and
  • Notifications, if you choose to enable reminders or similar alerts.

Calendar and location are not part of the current default wardrobe+ configuration unless a future feature or app version explicitly introduces them and the relevant disclosures are updated.

6. In-app purchases, advertising choices, and retention

Paid features in wardrobe+ are currently offered only through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase flows, as applicable. Pricing, billing frequency, trial terms, renewal terms, cancellation options, and other purchase conditions are shown in the applicable marketplace or purchase flow before you confirm your purchase. Billing, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, credits, and refunds are handled by the platform through which you made the purchase and are subject to that platform's rules and applicable law.

You may also have advertising or tracking choices through your device, platform, consent prompt, or account settings. Ad availability and personalization may vary based on those choices.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate wardrobe+, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. If you delete content, use guest mode, uninstall the app, change devices, fail to link guest data to an account, or request deletion, some data may become permanently unavailable and may not be recoverable. Backup copies, logs, or security records may remain for a limited period and may not be available for user-directed restoration.

7. Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or other action regarding your personal information. You may submit privacy or support requests by contacting privacy@atomflowstudio.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. International processing, children, and security

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, but no system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

wardrobe+ is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by local law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes may be notified through the app, the website, or other reasonable means.
